i didnt want to risk not goin.. plus ponti is 4 miles off home! i got a letter from work aswell, saying i needed the licence etc etc. they took that into account, otherwise i was looking at 9 points and a stupid fine.

so a good result for you for going didn't really want to go to court myself as i'd have to buy a suit crap reason but thought i'd save the money for the fine

think they must take there time on purpose to make you think you'l get off with it but def better than a ban

 

Wouldnt surprise me at all, i could swear i got caught about 3 months ago but nothings come through yet,

 

if it was a camara or gun you'l be right as they have to send it within 14days

 

PoB, if nowt's come through yet you're in the clear. A camera NIP has to be issued to the offender within 14 days, with a little longer available if the vehicle is used by multiple drivers (commercial, rental, pool car etc). If pulled by the Plod they have effectively issued you with a verbal NIP and then have 6 months to serve proceedings.

after the judge issued me witht the outcome (well, 3 judges to be exact) i said thankyou very much and smiled politely.. was gonna curtzie, but thought it would have been too rude

 

 

six points and a fine i pleaded insanity and got a £50 fine lucky basket.
