Live 5 mins walk from home, but take the car if its raining.
Start at 9.15am, finish at 9.45pm (10pm if I am working alone)

Leave home 7.45, arrive at work to start at 9.00. Work through till 18.00 (might have 10 mins for lunch) and normally stay late going through paperwork. Leave work around 19.00, to get home for 20.00

similar system where i work, but you have to work extra when they say "flex up", and they tend to cancel with around 30 mins notice come the end of the shift
can either "flex down" when its not busy, or take extra holidays when they say with the extra hours/have them payed out owed back in 6 week periods. bit daft, but the system would work if they werent total arseholes in general.
