Great news mate! count me in. I`d rather pay £15 if it means the content is better than the £10 version, if you see what i mean![](http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/smile.gif)
As for nominations, what about the hilarious `harj and shaun roadshow` thread, just my sense of humour i suppose![](http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/biggrin.gif)
Look forward to it

Sounds great, can't wait!
Simon,
How regularly are you planning to release new issues? Monthly? quatrterly? yearly?
In true magazine style how about a discount for 12/18 month subscription?

Sounds great, for a future issue how about a Mark Underwood / Wax Wizard video masterclass so I can find out why it takes me 30mins to clean and wax two doors when Mark can do a whole car in 45?

I originally said a tenner but I'm also happy to pay £15 to £20, in fact whatever it needs to cost in order to make some pennies, sure it'll be worth it.
Thinking about it, how many of us wasted that sort of cash on the Subaru Impreza video by Duke then watched it once ? (uh me)

£15 sounds OK for the content you've mentioned - especially if it helps upkeep of Scoobynet.
Have you thought of doing a yearly subscription at say £50?
I know it means dropping the effective per issue price, but you would get the money up front and have guaranteed sales!

Simon de B, a tenner would be great but if £15 makes it work for you, then that's the price - and happy to pay it. Please produce it to a high standard, and not down to a low price.

Thanks again chaps!...
I agree Hoppy. As with the scoobynet clothes (ScoobyGear) we would MUCH rather produce high quality items for a reasonable price, than produce crap for a cheaper but extortionate price.
The costs to produce, package and dispatch the actual CD's will be roughly £7 - £8 each excluding peoples time (which as you know is put in for free)...
So £5 is definitely out of the question.
When you then consider the ENORMOUS amount of work that has and will go into producing the articles, software, design, etc, etc.
So, lets say that we sell 300 of the first edition...
at a tenner we would raise £600 for scoobynet for the quarter. If you then compare that to the £4000 we need to spend this month alone you can see what a challenge we have on out hands!
We don't want to make a killing, just provide value for money AND raise as much money towards the running costs of scoobynet as reasonably possible.
Kind regards
Simon

Just sell on a month at £4000 see problem solved
, don't know what all the fuss is about ![](http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/wink.gif)
I think you should have mentioned the cost (7-8 quid) I am stupid and assumed it would cost pennies to produce them
I suspect a lot of others thought this too.
I'm happy with £20 as that seems to be the amount to actually make it worth doing, £600 ? bit of a waste of all your time aint it mate ?
Gary (Definitely never going to get that MBA)
