Simon I underestimated the amount of work and the content of the disc I would be happy to pay £15 for all the goodies you are putting on the disc, if you could charge £15 maybe you could make enough cash to get the search function working again

If you put it like that Simon (£4000 is not what I would have guessed for monthly running costs) then I would happily pay £15 to £20 too.
Will have to put it on my Xmas list then it won't even cost me a penny
