My top choice would have to to be the Cult as mentioned above
Slipknot's "Duality" and Iron Maiden's "Number of the beast" would be worthy of mention too

Didnt 4 blokes in a car with Rik Mayall do something similar to Gold by Spandu?
I seem to recall that looking quite good at the time.

After due consideration, I'm of the opinion that a true "B.R.M." can only occur when the time signature of the piece switches from a straight 4/4 into 2/4 with 1/8th-note triplets.
Sorry to be pedantic.

This isn't a "songs I think are right good" thread. Any contender has to have a moment where the whole carload of people suddenly start banging their heads. And it has to be when the time signature of the piece switches from a straight 4/4 into 2/4 with 1/8th-note triplets.
And it has to be on guitars, none of that sampling/mixing plagiaristic palaver.

Nobody has mentioned The Who yet. This sort of stuff was 'meat and drink' to them...
Ladies and... err... ladies.... I propose the following:
Pinball Wizard
Behind Blue Eyes
Baba O'Riley
and of course - Won't Get Fooled Again
