Nospoiler look is cool.
I was thinking of getting rid of mine. Just need to get off my ****.What did you do with the holes and the brake light?
Did you think of going FMIC and losing the scoop?

cheers. i've sold the car now and moved on to something else.

FYI i didn't have spoiler mounting holes as the car was an '07 and the spoiler
was an optional extra on those.

happy modding everyone!

And out of interest where did you get the wipers from? Are they a Subaru part or 3rd party?

Interesting to know what you moved on to.... and why

Would it be cheeky to ask what the cost of the wheels and springs where.
I was toying with the idea 4 my 07 WRX wagon.

i had a 3door landcruiser before the scoob and have been looking for a new one for ages but couldn't find the right car as they are so rare. i do 20k + miles a year all over Europe in all kinds of weather and I just need something robust, comfy and reliable that'll do 30mpg for work. I got the scooby for a great price and as an "interim" project until I found the right Landcruiser, which I have.

The spring kit is under £200.- plus fitting. If you do it yourself get someone to set the geometry up to prodrive rec. settings for you because it will be way out. The WRX hqandling was vastly improved with the springs HOWEVER big bumps hit hard send a nasty bang through the whole car which makes you wince and you WILL touch the front down. If I was to do it all over, I wouldn't fit the springs even if it does improve the motorway ride a bit and looks miles better.

The wheels are on the Subaru website, £700.-

This is the new motor. Most of you will be but it suits me and my life a whole lot better than the scoob. And I won't loose my license in this one....
