Not really, I am a very lazy cook!!!

If I can cook something easy in minutes I will but when you can make something so easy in so little time then thats the meal for me!!

Saying that I did have a great meal last night!

Chicken breast from local butcher butterflied and stuffed with haggis, topped with french goats cheese then wrapped in bacon!! Served with mange tout and asparagus

Sorry....didn't explain......what you had described was a black pudding sandwich by any other name! (black pudding, goats cheese etc.)

No! Black pudding sarnie would be a couple of warburtons medium with a couple of slices of black pudding rammed in there!

Although its not a bad idea!

Nice Ciabatta with some green olives, slices of black pudding with either mozzarella or goats cheese with a garnish of rocket/spinach

If you like brie then get a nice fresh 'proper' baguette with some hand carved ham and slices of brie.....makes a blinding sandwich
Mouthwatering, but my waistline wont stand it any more!
