To recap what have you changed or had checked?
Think the last suggestion was to check the steering rack did you get it checked?

Still have to get the rack checked. To date:

New Track rod ends
4 Pot conversion
New Discs
New Pads (at time of conversion, now about half worn, Mintex)
Hubs checked for run-out (0.04mm run-out)
New KYB suspension (original springs)
New alloys and tyres
New Wheel bearing. (passenger side)

It's got to be the hubs, if there is run out of 0.4mm then that will amplify it by x times as it gets further out, IE down the wheel, you could see 1.2mm down at the lip of the wheel.

I noticed something quite disturbing today. Whilst braking hard from motorway speeds the car wanders.

This may help toward a diagnosis...?

Anyone?

I've not had too much work of late so haven't been able to get to the dealers.

Well i thought id add my piece to this as i did have the same problem with bad brake judder, i repalced the whole set of disc's (front vented, grooved & rear standard solid) and front pads to ferrodo ds2500's.
Been running the car this way for a few weeks and i have no more brake judder.
Just to highlight the fact i had both front and back discs warped...hopefully problem solved now!!
