For those that are having trouble keeping up with the times quoted.
We are currently BST, and have been since the clocks went forwards in March.
BST is +1 hour ahead of GMT, or Zulu, as its sometime known as.
The time UK time is currently 23:12 BST, 22:12 GMT ( or Zulu )
In October the clocks will go back 1 hour, we are then on GMT and 23:12 would be 23:12.

If you were in Barbados would you be able to see the Shuttle as it gets v high, and hear a sonic bang? Anyone?
