Why isn't a hatchback right?
What we can guarantee is we know **** all about the new one, so why comment.......................so SNer's can turn round and say "ner ner told you so".......................oh hum off for a pint.

For Christ sake, when are some people going to lighten up with all this abuse of the new Impreza?
Lets face it, we are not really buying the Impreza for its looks are we? Because even though some us may like look of the Impreza, for the majority of people it his a hideous looking car. Big spoiler, bonnet scoop. Not exactly on every persons tick list is it? But WE buy them mainly because of one thing, the way they DRIVE. And when we you start to fall in love with something drives, you then start to forgive it looks and find beauty amongst the gold wheels, picnic table spoiler and the 'pig snout' on the bonnet, as my dear mother puts it.
I for one like it. I've liked the new Impreza from the start and I'm sure some of you will as soon as you've had a chance to appreciate it for yourselves; in person!

i fell in love with it for the way it drove!!Iv been hooked on them since and could quite easily see me owning one of the new hatchbacks no matter how much i dislike the looks. And if all the reports on the improvements are anything to go by it should walk all over the current car!
Only time and test drives will tell, and i will be first in line to give it a ragging when the Sti comes out over here

Well a guy on the IWSTI forum changed the color but I changed some other parts here and there..

Hated the Bug when it came out, now I own one and love it.
Quite like this one, by the time the high spec version falls to my price level I'll probably love it too. I reckon it's a grower.

You'll all get used to the looks and it will of course be a better drive than the old models, especially the very dated, so called 'Classic'.
