As for people arguing about "Appropriate speed"...
130 in a 50 is 2.6 times over the speed limit.. I dont care what the conditions are, that is just STUPID!
Also the poster who made the comment that people are being biased because most of us do 80 on the motorway... YOU GOD DAMN PLANK!
Yes its a illegal but its not really comparible is it! Its a motorway, there are crash barriers, slip roads instead of junctions and no pedestrians.. and +10mph is not the same as +80mph..

Mis-use of the gears is one so 30 in 1st means they can pull you... I should know they did it to me !

I never said anyone was biased... read my thread - I said it was illegal to exceed the speed limit and that dangerous driving was a seperate offence
- there's a story about a guy who should pull the plank out of his own eye before helping someone remove the speck from their own eye... How do you know what this road is like...

Doesn't matter, you've just admitted to deliberately speeding on a public road and stated a specific speed, your wording in your original post looks as if you've lied to get away with it. To cap it all off, your registration plate is shown on the car in the picture in your 'Veiw my Scooby' area and your username is the same. Do you honestly think the police don't watch forums??? They may not be able to do anything now but if you think they aren't keeping a watch out for you then you are a fool.

My mate got arrested from work today for a speeding that happened 2 weeks ago, he was doing 110mph in a 70mph Zone,
He has got 2 year Ban and £380,
they came to his work to arrest him as the Chief ****stable thought he shouldnt be on the road so was taken to the Magistrates and they banned him there and then for 2 years.

You should read all the posts on here before you reply. He (Killer)clearly stated in his first post that he was stopped by the police when he did the said offence. According to him, they let him go as they didn't have enough evidence as to what speed he was doing. The fact that he was stopped automatically a check is carried out on the car ie: registered owner, insurance, Mot. then a person check is done to see that they are who they say they are, and that they have a licence/ disqualifications etc. All this is logged. Now later on that night killer came on here and clearly stated that he was doing 130mph, all thats needed is for a cop to read this and report to the CPS/procurator fiscal to implement prosecution. His admission and the witness reports from the cops that stopped him would be enough to convict. Have you never heard about the Japanese businessman caught, after he stupidly filmed himself on the A9 in Scotland doing 200mph then sold it later as a DVD. WE AWAIT HIS ARREST

traffic police just pulled me for doing 130 in a 50, they asked me why was i going so fast, i go i desparately need the toilet, they seemed fine with the excuse, done the usual checks and off i was in less than 2 min,they didnt even have video evidence and they let me off with a casual warning...not all coppers are idiots, before anyone accuses me of dangerous driving, it was a long stretch of traffic less and personless road
