so i trailered my car to alan jeffries on fri, that was a mission getting a trailer and vehicle!!! dropped it there around 1030, martyn said that he could map it in one day but would prefer to do it over 2/3 (can check hot/cold starts etc) was going to be on the dyno in a couple of hours so off for a pint and some scran then come back and see what she looked like on the rollers.
rocked back up around 1230 and martyn then told me that the simtec board was fubar and they'd have to get another one!!!! swear my car is cursed!!!!! so she's now sat in a different garage but am inching ever slowly to being back on the road......................

 

Saw "JJ" in Morrisons earlier. Parked near mine.

Arghh!! OK i seem to have a problem of the only Vpower garage in my area (the one at hayle) is now closed and has diggers and stuff all over it :| where is the next nearest Vpower station? or if its too far what else can i do?

next stage will be v3/4 heads and some work, octane boost of some sort, maybe a tad more boost (1.45 at the mo)

there's a shell garage in lanner, redruth and one at playing place, just before truro, still bit of a distance though
