It's is a standard 2005 spec c, just panel filter decat and remap, 351bhp 375ft/lb start should have been quicker but think tyres were not too grippy on greasy surface, ok once off and moving.

Can't believe I missed the meet at the end of December. Would have been up for that as that Starbucks is only 6 miles from me. Ahwell, maybe next time.

Didn't realise there was so many Scoobies around in Cornwall.

Don't think my old one is still around (R47HUH) as it may have been the one that rolled on the Mabe by-pass - shame if it was as it had a few nice bits on it (Speedlines, GGR Turbo back system).

Having a look around the site as I'm in the market for a WRX Wagon, Bug or Blob but have to part ex/sell my current car first.

Thought I saw WR Imposter around recently - do you still have the Hayabusa?

Hi Graham, still have the hayabusa tempted on part ex for a new ZX10....
Cars off the road for the winter, will be going to scoobybits for some chassis parts for powder coating, and then autospray for stonechips etc ready for the summer

I have seen R47HUH recently-ish are you sure it was rolled ?

Whats new?

It had my private reg on when I had it, went back to R47 when Ben at Boslowick garage had it, it was sold a couple of times & I'm sure it was the one that rolled on the hill coming down to Asda, probably 2-3 years ago.

I bought a Hayabusa a last year, all black late Mk1 - you may have seen it around.

Have just got into trials and am looking for a WRX wagon to replace my A3 2.0T Quattro, as I can't get a towbar for mine to carry the bike around - I know it sounds bad but a wagon will suit what I need to do perfectly, you'd cringe knowing it will be driven across fields!

Just wish I'd kept the Impreza now but it was costing me a fortune commuting Falmouth to Redruth, it was replaced first with a Celica 190 and then a 320D BMW. Now I live & work in Falmouth I wanted petrol again but had heard a few horror stories about the 2.5 Scooby motor so bought the A3 and had it mapped.

As you've stated before, I'm sure there's more that one WR1 coloured car around Falmouth now.

Pretty sure I see your old car less than 6 months ago filling up at four cross, after all reg plate is easy to remember!
If I'd known you were after a busa you could have had mine 5500k's from new 1 careful owner, aint seen a black mk1 for years.
Hawkeye 2.5 are fine, the newer hatch seems to be more troublesome, read on here possibly bad ecu map !
Ben has in Rattlers boy ?
There was a WR1 about 100 yards away in Falmouth Ashleigh Place a few years back, there was another in Truro by the train station, owned by Nick dont know if he still has it.

I know fuels a pain at the min but the guys at audisrs are having a run out on sunday the 1st april, last run out to Fowey we had three Subarus a Sierra cosworth, and a few Audis (370bhp being the lowest powered and 4 running close to 500bhp!!)we had 9 cars with a total of nearly 4000bhp

This run out will be a St's run starting at penzance McDonalds up to Chiverton cross then taking north coast road out west to St Just then back to Marazion then on to the Lizard to St Keverne for ice cream.

I will be going in the Spec C should be a few others out to in various marks but it's usually a good drive out taking in some nice roads.

If you fancy it just turn up at McDonalds at 9am sunday morning or 9.30am at starbucks Chivy cross.

I know it's not a Subaru only meet but it's been great on the last three I've been on, It's also good to see some other keen car nuts running quick set ups on other makes of car, check out the competition
