I'm never getting on another bus again - At least on a bike you have some control over your own destiny. Get on a bus and you could be eating Newport Pagnell tarmac with no chance of avoiding it. I don't understand why anyone would get on a bus. You have to go a quarter of the speed, loads more dangerous and no fun at all.....

Any don't get me started on trains - At least you can check your own bike for broken bits before you go for a 100 MPH blast through Cumbria

Too true, exactly how I would normally think, suppose some things are not that important to me though.

If the accident had happened while out riding around the countryside, it probably wouldn't have bothered me, but because I saw what i did under those circumstances, it's not for me.

He wasn't riding like a ***, and this happened on a main road, it put me off.

Don't get me wrong I'm not frightened of living, but that's what I want to keep on doing, and he just survived what happened to him.

Fair play to those who enjoy a ride, maybe in time my opinion will change.
