Its 25p per minute. Its the same people and the same Systems... yes the Indian call center has been there longer than Virgin only since Virgin MORE customers have joined and thus more Indian advisors !

Branson has **** all to do with it, its his name and thats about it!

Although I am no longer on the phones I still consider myself and my colleagues to be **** hot at BBI support and I take offence at a general comment like that !
