I had a guy on the phone to me a few weeks/months ago proclaiming my complete incompetance as I had given him the wrong cable to go along with his home cinema setup. As the system was of no use to him and neither was I he wanted to bring the lot back for a full refund of the goods and his petrol costs for driving from LONDONderry to Belfast and back.
I quite calmly asked him did he remove the protective rubber casing from the optical lead as per the written and verbal instructions I gave him........silence fell.
RTFM wankface.
