We have had two spaces available for some time, but as this got closer we needed to try and fill them. As I haven't received a deposit, or any communication of your intent to pay a deposit, the place went to someone who has. This was made clear in post 1.

Apologies if this causes any inconvenience, but I'm not prepared to stand deposits for anyone on the 'chance' that they may still be coming. Hope you understand.
