Someone sold a beach hut in poor condition down here recently for £90K!

There was a double garage sold for over £40K in the local town too.

One of the best I have ever seen was a 4th floor 2 bed apartment in Carlos Place W1, roof garden, which was all of about 10'x10'...

£2.1m
