Are there a set of rules for measuring it. Obviously if you push the wrinkly bag back and measure from the bottom you can get an extra inch or two.
(I remember getting changed for football as a kid. I used to nip into the bogs and give it a bit of a tug so it would resemble a babys arm when I dropped my bags. Problem was that after 90 minutes on a frozen wet football pitch it had, like everyone elses, become a miniscule collection of wrinkles)

Was in the Gym last week and a Coloured lad was in the shower with me - he had a 14", I swear he did ...... I asked him how he had such a weapon.
He replied by telling me how his mum, being the queen of his Jungle village, hung a rock from his ***** when he was a child ... being a prince he is expected to be well endowed.
I asked him if he thought it would work with me and my 2" toy.
He said that he thought it would, I agreed to give it a go.
I hung a housebrick from my todger for 2 months ..... went back to the Gym afterwards and lo and behold the Prince was there again in the changing room.
He remembered me and asked how I got on - well, I said, "It half worked"
"What do you mean half worked?" he enquired
"well" I said ........
