No problem with nametag, of course I shall be recognisable as the Red Baron with my kart suit on, and "********" in my normal clothes.....
Sal
Right, we'll follow you then

Richard,
I think stickers are a great idea, cos at these meets you have to find out two names: who they are on Scoobynet & what they want to be called for the rest of the night - bit of a *** to call you Bitten Hero all night, or worse still those reg. related e.g. P1WRX.

My thoughts exactly. Ok, I'll do them in that case.
Sal - your route... is it the boring way round the roundabouts of Daventry? I was going to give everyone a route map and go via the back roads instead

Hi Neanderthal
Of course, spectators are welcome, but it's unlikely now that you'll be able to do the Jordan factory tour - sorry. I have to keep the numbers as low as possible otherwise we'll be in the way of them preparing the cars for the test the next day.
Cheers

Ok, see you there! Spectators are welcome to this (but like I say the Jordan tour is full), and you're also welcome to join us for food afterwards too if you want. Neanderthal, will you be doing this?
Quick reminder to those that haven't sent me cheques yet - could you please do so, so that I can 'sign you off' as confirmed for definite? Some people I haven't heard back from since their original posting (Louise, Chizz..) so if you could get back to me I'd be particularly keen to hear from you. Thanks
Been speaking to a couple of the Jordan karters. They work on some of the fastest, most advanced cars in the world. And they're looking forward to the day because they get to see loads of Scoobies!! Weird world Ian Cook - any chance of bringing the blue and white beast along?
Cheers

Cheque in post today m8.
I seem to be teamless at the moment. I answered Paul H request for drivers in the Midlands section and have mailed him twice with yet no reply to see if I was on his team. Your list shows I am teamless.
Anybody want me in their team?
Have raced Whilton twice last year and set 2nd fastest lap with 14 teams of 4 racing. Silverstone outdoor a few 1st, 2nd and fastest laps, Leicester a 3rd, Lincolnshire 3rd, etc etc. Raced in wet and dry conditions.
Any offers ?
Cheers

NM - you can join my team if you like.
I wouldn't regard myself as an experienced Karter, but my teammate has been doing regular endurance drives for the past 5 years.
Cheers,
David H.

I don't think my team will be too competative judging by the credentials posted by a few of you on here....nonetheless I've had a few fastest laps on Super-mario-kart 50cc mind...
I think we'll call our team the 'Minardi-gras experience' LOL

Or 'Minardi-grass' for a double pun
Good point though! Time to put thinking caps on and think of some good team names... I'm sure we should be able to come up with some crackers Perhaps we could borrow a few people from the Muppet Forum? They could surely come up with some good'uns!
Cheers

Jeff,
We keep Bob "Ano" P in a box all day at work.
He seems to think your nickname is more amusing...
Why didn't we join the two teams together when we were 2 plus 2? Seems like it would have been the logical thing to do.

I mentioned the idea of 1 team to Bob but he wanted to run in his own team.....We've actually got 3 people already with Mike, Christain and myself so we're just looking for a 4th driver.
My nickname comes from an unfortunate incident with a exhaust...burnt ****, whereas Bob's is Anorak because of compulsive behaviour towards statistics...!!!
Anyway our team is being called Team Weave in honour of our blocking ability !!!
