I've got some good news - it pays to complain! I rang a store card up cos I'd received a demand for money yesterday and they'd charged me a late payment fee. However, I had called and closed the account and paid off the balance and they'd not processed the payment! So I got the interest from the date I cancelled back, plus the late payment fee back. Bonus 
I have decided that at times, being Mrs Angry does help. Had a problem with some cat food pouches. Rang up Sainsbury's Careline and they refunded them and gave me a goodwill amount too. All back onto my Nectar Card
