A few years back I used to take my lad to Hockey practice on a Sunday morning which happened to be next to a large Tescos. When they opened at 10.00, I think, they did an excellent full breakfast with full range of papers. All for a couple of quid or something. Really used to enjoy that plus I could read all the smutty papers that were banned at home d
Silly putting Lewis in detention for this thread.

I'd say his chequered history certainly doesn't help. I never infracted him but I can I understand where they come from. I'd say he needs to chill out with his 'I'm considerably richer than you layabout' comments. Especially as he's totally bogus. A smiley tagged on at the end makes no odds. Sorry

Why should whatever someone has said in the past reflect against anything said in this thread.
I think it's about time people got over themselves.
Yes, Pete's reputation sort of precedes him, but, there was nothing wrong with anything he posted in this thread.
I would think someone/some people has/have it in for him.
He's no favorite of mine, but can enjoy having a bit banter with him. It's fun to relax.

Dunno, perhaps because most people live in the real world and would rather discuss things with people who aren't fantasy merchants. What's the point of talking to someone who is seen as bogus? The GF's cousin is like this, talks complete mince and has a story for everything. He even claims to have met the Queen, has owned every car on the planet, and has millions of pounds in a trust fund sadly tied up by red tape. It gets a bit tiring to the point where I cant look him in the eye. Have you ever met someone like this? It's totally scary. If I wanted this sort of social contact I'd play WOW

There's nothing wrong with what he'd posted though.
Vindictive infractions IMO.

I honestly can't see what Pete does that bugs people so much. Sometimes he cracks me up beyond belief, the times he doesn't, I just don't bother posting in the thread.
Why others can't do the same, I have no idea
Oh and the shame of it, Engers has amused me to bits of late
There you go, two supposed trolls have kept me entertained

Possibly, but I'd say they'll stand. He slagged off the posters work ethic (for no reason). Not that this alone is worth infracting over. Fire in a bit of historical context (I doubt that this can be completely ignored by most people who have been here for a few years), and bearing in mind what has previously been disclosed in policy, and I'd say he'd be better off winding his neck in, or even turning over a new leaf. Lets face it, who is pslewis anyway? Pick any other of his other user names and see if you would patronise them. I agree with the WM, this sort of extreme multiple user name schizophrenia is extremely weird. It's not the multiple names that freaks me, it's the total belief in them by the user

Emm yes I understand this, I'm just putting forward another potential view point. CAN YOU NOT SEE THAT

Right
The two people who issued infractions to pslewis on this thread have been banned. The infractions were, in my opinion wholely unjustified.
However.
Peter. Please do me a favour, and just simply ignore the pointless comments, rather than getting into a flame war.
If you ignore them, it proves to everyone that you started the thread with good intentions. If you get immediately right into the thick of it, it just looks like you started the thread purely because you knew it would start something.

I was told about the Ikea breakfasts by a work colleague who was a keen caravanner
His favourite site was close to Ikea in Edinburgh, and when there he and his wife went to Ikea every morning for breakfast!
