Entertainment progs are just that! Of course it's not actually real. But the beebs been in so much trouble with regards revenue gathering and comps it's hard to tell what's true now.

It was reasonably good, but it lacked the humour in the prep of the cars. Last time was great when they went through what they had/ had not done to their cars. For some reason, it just seemed to lack bite.
Still, was good that they managed to get across (or appear to)

Rubbish tonight - a bit flat.
JM is the star of the show without knowing it.

Jason Dawe He never really fit in with the nonsense. I like 5th Gears Tom Ford, but he wouldn't sit well with those three either. The line-up is second to none, but the content is loosing direction IMHO.

Worst thing in that programme was the "star in a reasonably priced car" ****. So bored of that now. Can't believe they wasted almost 20 minutes interviewing Jools Holland.
He didn't even have anything interesting to say, it was they exact same interview he did with Jonathan Ross on Friday.
Other than SIARPC Top Gear is still the best car programme on TV, ditch that crappy segment and fill it with another road test and it will be good again.

Second week on not watching this tired programme. Judging by some of the comments I haven't missed anything at all.

Agree with most of the comments posted, if they really done the channel crossing without creative editing ,then fair play to them .
As for the star in the sh*t heap of a car , i would like to see this ditched for maybe the Stig taking viewers modified cars around the track, i'm sure there would be a few Scoobs from here that would do us proud.

For me, seeing Clarkson burn his tongue with the wrong end of a pipe was (a) extremely funny and (b) worth the licence fee on its own.
Because let's face it, someone trying to be clever and hurting themselves *is* bloody funny...
