Chuff Chuff was for the ones in the know i mainly did the student nights and the gay nights (tin tins) slag at the steering wheel money pennies never really appealed to me, i think a lot of the clubs had there own clique and i was with the steering wheel and crunch /wobble lot we were like "one family" then for the hard core we went to the west end bar in st chads circus till 10 am coming down
i heard the q-club has now re opened?

How strange, me too. used to go to gatecrasher night under the wicker arches as well when it was there for a while. Did progress a lot when it was in the town centre and also when it moved to the outskirts. Always ended up in the Niche afterwards.

It was amazing, but the strangest thing for me was the smell. It had been disused for two years and it smelled like it, like all the wood in the place was ever so slightly damp.
And for the record, I'd hardly describe myself as young, but for now I look young enough to get away with it
astraboy.

Back to the original question....
* Passion - Coalville
* Turnmills in London
* Heaven in Charing Cross, London
* Bagleys in Kings Cross
* The Cross in Kings Cross
* The Rocket, Holloway Road
* All the Fusion do's at the Farnborough Rec
* The original Tribal Gathering somewhere between the A303 and M4, remember seeing SL2 in the hardcore tent and D:Ream in the house tent, as well as Pascals Bongo Massive, and Graeme Park from 0830h - 1000h in the morning. Still have the big A4 flyer booklet somewhere.

I was at the Gatecrasher do at Don Valley on the millenium and that was fooking huuuuggeeee. Paul van Dyk playing his mix of Millenium at midnight, and then the **** who climbed the tent so they had to turn the music off for half an hour to get him down. He got pelted with bottles and I saw one of the DJs (either Jules or Paul van Dyk) slap him one as the bouncers took him away.
Chemical Brother's played a reet blinder that night too
What a crackin night it was
And the venue was 10 outta 10
I dont think i saw my bed for at least 36 hours after it finished either
Just thinking about going on a bender like that now gives me a head ache

I know its sad, but i still have my ticket in a big frame (amongst others)
The slogan for the night was 'It Will Always Be With You' and it bloody well will
I still have 6 boards with old flyers, and tickets on, still makes me smile looking at them
