A pair of my favorites had to be the couple who lived over by Chelsea Wharf...

2 B and NOT 2B Looked SO good together lol

I didn't say there was.

However I suppose the main difference is that the driver is trying to promote themselves rather than the car. Also some rather tragic individuals use them as a means to hide the age of their vehicles as we've already discussed.

Personally I don't see the point in other 'visual modifications' either but at least I suppose there's less of the ego element involved.
