Ice Maiden is a person of integrity so I would suggest holding fire on any claims or disputes, and I am sure there will be a good reason that there has been no contact.

If anyone knows Ice Maiden, please bring this thread to her attention as I will be shortly taking the recovery of my money to the next level.
It's not the money that is important, (although my son will be minus a Chrismas present this year), it's the principal of taking money of a fellow S'netter and not coming up with the goods. I will be fighting the cause for all the good people of this forum.
It is over 6 weeks since my payment was made and 2 weeks since a refund was promised.

I will keep refreshing this thread until Ice Maiden gives an explanation as to what is happening. I am fully aware that she has been online and undoubtedly has read this thread.
So come on Ice Maiden..... there are people who vouch for your integrity on this thread. Your actions to me and many others show the complete opposite, I'd go as far as to say cowardly. You're doing yourself no favours whatsoever, let's see the fibre of your fabric.
The outcome of this thread could go one of two ways. 1) You could put your [plausible] explanation and put it to sleep or 2) A warning and stark reminder to other members to never trade business with you again.
It is certainly looking like the latter at this present time.
Merry Christmas,
Chip Sencurry

WOW i was gonna buy this phone, damn glad i didnt now.
I cant beleive you've been ripped off.
Mate dont waste your time trying to chase it up, the seller is clearly not willing to cough up - you have paid, the seller hasnt sent - this is illegal.
options available to you:-
1) request money back through paypal.
2) Request money back from credit card people (if you linked paypal to credit card - credit cards have built in buyer protection)
3) go to the police - this user has obtained money by deception, and thats illegal
It makes my blood boil hearing about people being ripped off
I trade a lot on ebay and you see it a lot on there - i would never do it, whats the point in riking your reputation just to make a quick buck.
get your money back mate, dont waste no more of your time.
and everyone else - stay clear of this seller untill they provide a VALID acceptable explination or they send the buyer the item.

Always find it strange when folk come on and in some way try and defend these people, just wonder if it was them that were in your sitaution would be happy to say ah its okay I personally know this person and they are okay I will get my phone in the end. are thse same people still sticking by there testimants off this individuall ??!!! fair enough if there is a genuine reason but from what I read its a rip off. hope I am proved wrong thou and you get your phone.

By the way she kinda sold the phone to 3 people on the first page it seems this was a scam from the start, im surprised she didnt take 3 payments for it.
