Martin....... did you make a claim on paypal yet?

I only ask as there is a time limit that you must claim inside,i found this out to my cost by waiting too long tryg to appeal to the better nature of the person that ripped me off on ebay once, kept being promised refunds etc.loads of excuses etc, when my patience finaly ran out,so had my time in order to claim.....

also if i was a seller on here, it would be wise not to defend people, who are clearly decieving others. people may think twice before coming to you for work or goods

I would go further and say to those who know ice maiden to advise her to do the right thing, clearly there are members on here who do know her.

Zak/Mocom : You used your reputation to defend this person so I think you should be doing everything possible now to sort it out.
Martin : You have been very slow off the mark. Get the claim in now.
As it would appear Martin might not be the only purchaser or there was an inital deliberate intent it is a police matter.
I further understand that the lady in question assured Martin the phone was on its way and then offered to give him the tracking number so there is no doubt about what is happening because she claimed it was already posted and clearly it was not.
Jonny : A weekend in Basildon or Colchester could be good fun. In fact it could be highly amusing. Essex girls and all that.

I'm sure Martin won't mind me saying, but he received a PM from ICE MAIDEN, 7 weeks after initial purchase, saying how she could not afford to refund the money.

What a lying, deceiving, manipulative, thieving scumbag b!tch !!

Email address is in her profile. Let the digging commence.

What a disgrace ... can she also not afford the £10 to actually send the phone by special delivery. Cheeky cow!

If you have an address just organise cruise followed by a rave. When that becomes a serios option only an idiot does not settle up right away.

you lot know nothing at all regarding this or my situation.

A cheque is being forwarded as a refund to this buyer.

I did not intend for any of this to happen and Ninnybobs is aware of my situation although I am aware that this is not Ninnybobs problem.

please stop slating me on this forum as with all the other real life problems i have going on at the moment i dont need this!!!!!

And yes I did have lots of work done at my car at mocoms and i cant recommend them enough, however due to my scumbag husband i am now forced to sell my car so i hope that keeps u lot happy

Firstly, I'm pleased to see this is being resolved.

But can everyone please grow up and keep their noses out of other people's business. We're not running a vigilante organisation here.

Any thoguhts of convoys or organised harrassment will do nothing but disgrace you, scoobynet, and this great group of members we have here.
