You wouldn't need to - you just show your utterly inept at running anything at all, buy yourself a couple of new supercars, and make sure your children are starving and it would all get written off as debt relief.

Works for African countries so it should work for you as well.

So, all I need is a backward, out-of-the-way little country and to become its dictator. I'm sure that with the £14 million I made from the tickets I could buy Cornwall
