i agree with renting 1st, i own couple of houses that i rent out got these about 10 years ago when you could buy a 2 bedroom terrace for about £35000, i was going to buy at lest 1 more but looking how the house market is at the moment decided not to, i think thear Will be a price drop soon, thats my opinion for what its worth.

i'm renting. the house up for rent is my mams neighbour, so he wont diddle me (known him 20 years), plus its just been gutted, so everything in it is new... and its furnished!! and its in normy, 300 yards from my mams... so if vic gets bored while am working, she has somewhere to go.. i just want somewhere to move straight into, esp with kyle been so young.. plan now is to move in, then after six months of getting settled (enjoying my own space at least alan c), start looking, or he will even give us the option to buy the house int he future... plus the house in cas was in airedale(no offence to people from there) but i'm a normy lad
