Cheers guys, I am doing weekly photos, so I can track it too.
Updates on the blog ere...
Snazy's Space
Steph, did you mail that thing over ?
The blog says about this week and the week ahead, how the plans have changed a little.
To say my mental strength is high is an understatement. After enduring seeing people eat all weekend, I actually just made tuna pasta for the other half! *gulp
I have MAD cravings for grilled chicken or tuna right now

I did this because at the time i was having loads of little ailments, bugger all really i think it was because i'd hit 30 and was getting all stressed over it - bloody hypocondriac i was, i was convinced i had something wrong with me.
NHS was crap so i went to this place in Bolton for a full health check up.
Blood test, Stool test (yuk) ECG, height and weight, Chest X-ray, Blood Pressure oh and er finger up the bum and tezzy feel oo-err

Well, yeah and no. I measure myself in the am, what I call dry weigh in's, before any water intake, so its my true body weight. Not dehydrated, but not taking water in over night. Get a good constant reading that way. Monday, I was 13lb lighter dry, and only 11lb lighter at LL.
So since Monday, its been a constant 2lb a day
Im sure my mid evening weigh in would still make me a little heavier. I am back there tomorrow for a pop in, so will have a LL official weight tomorrow.
Chuffed its still falling off though.

lol cheers mate, I think you may be right, but its so worth it
Its taken me an hour to eat a 50gram peanut bar lol. And my stomach is going crazy right now. Slightly gassy too.
Committed to it though, so hopefully the losses will keep going I know it will drop, I have been reading up, but as long as it keeps going.

Oh for those that want to see the journey so far.
Snazy's Space
Its all painfully documented. As things have gone on, I have lowered the level of detail to make it more readable.

Cheers mate, im pluggin on.
Just had a bit of a suprise, just put on one of my favorite watches, and it stid right round my wrist, much too big now There is a bonus eh. Losing weight and width from areas I didnt even realise needed to lol
After physio this morning time was too short for the gym, so I took the dog for a mile walk/drag
Getting a bit of a cold now though
