Thanks Flaps and Elizabeth and all the other nice comments, much appreciated

We had a STI Wagon plus a S-Turbo Foz, plus loads of bits in the shed to sell so that offset a huge amount. Plus you only live once, its not a dress rehearsal

Even though you're obviously not bothered , the OTT body kit takes away the sleeper effect, which kind of misses the point of having a rapid Frosty IMHO.

Smiles,

Glad you managed to see the light and buy the car. It is a stunning bit of kit mate.

I almost stumped up the funds myself to get it but the misses wasn't having it.

Enjoy it mate. Well done.

Why Thankyou old chap, jolly decent of you to chip in, what

My brain is in overdrive for NBO#6

Scaffolding and air traffic control tower

I am thinking of the red arrows diamond/ concorde display theme, with the Gunship in the middle

But then, these forums have ears, so that is a diversionary tactic

Planning missions must be arranged over secure channels again at secret SQN Ldrs bunker.

Insurance was a brreze thanks to Gary Moulson (Moley WRX) of keith Michaels

...Only cost me £75 to switch betweeen the 99 STI wagon and the 06 FSTI, now that is outstanding

As fow how they compare, that is very difficult as they are bothe very different beasts, in the way they handle and the way the powered is delivered and being the 6 speed box with 13% longer gears than an impreza it makes it a totally different driving experience. The torque comes in so low down as low as 2k and at 350 max its like give you a huge wall of torque that a rev happy screaming 2 lites just cant give you, but then thats the tradeoff as it revs out too early, but you have longer gears so its all a trade off. But would neverer go back to a 2.0 now, the 2.5 is just so more refined, ppwer is more linear and not a huge wack in the small of your back and because the gears are longer you can just hold the power and the gear without having to do a disco leg thing on the clutch

But each top their owm I just love the power delivery and 6 speed box and length of gears, suits the fozzie really well, whereas the impreza setup suits the impreza really well. They each do something differemt and do it very welll, just in differebt ways. Its like what is better, white wine or red wine, or between beer and spirits, each haqve their own desired effect its hard to say which is better ists personal taste and choice. But I love it, take one of litchos out for a spin if you ever can

Will we ever see you on the wagon threads again Steve? You have rather got your own thing going here!

I personally love the Concorde / Red Arrows idea (TO ANYBODY READING THIS..........not that we'd do it of course)
