i think anyone should be able to post both good points and bad points, yes a lot of companies have very thick armour on here due to and rightly so the number of quality transactions and therefore satisfied customers.
However no one is perfect, people do have bad days and as a consequence customers are let down, in which case the aggrieved party is perfectly within their rights to use a public forum to pass on the failings of a specific company when personally involved.

People naturally jump to the defence of a company with which they have had a reasonable experience, I’ve done it.
But also how many of us have come away from these premises thinking ‘this could be better or I don’t like that or they could have ….. ’!!! And not said anything about it.

i'm also having a few problems with monty's. took my car in to get some work done that was supposed to be done before i picked it up, it wasn't done.... as i had told it was all fixed by the salesman, it has been back to get the problems fixed and again when i picked it up there were still problems that had not been sorted, re-phoned them as they were waiting for the parts to come in and was told that the parts were there and they would phone me back to arrange a time so that it can be re-booked in, and what a suprise i have not recieved a call back as yet, but it has only been 2 weeks since they last had it in so i live in hope...........

the boot release will either be the lever on the catch on the boot lid or the outer cable has come out of it's clip at the lever end just under the carpet

checked it today and the cable on the boot end doesn't seem to be moving with the catch, it is about 15mm past the end of the catch itself.....
