I think you'll find he is implying that chav'd Impreza's like this example is making people think that all Scoob drivers have no taste/sense like the tool who has modded the pile above (more so the older shape Imprezas)
Tbh honest i have to aggree, there ar sooo many ****/chav'd Imprezas that get driven around by me. I suppose thats what you get when they are so cheap to buy and mod.
