Very nice and VERY adequate camera.
Viewty is off the list, tried several xvids today and despite being dvix certified, it won't play them.
Reads the dimensions and length, even looks in the file and generates a thumbnail but when it comes to play - "Not Supported"

Various sources, various filesizes, various filenames, various aspect ratios, all less than the 640x480 published max supported.

Disappointed as I was ready to order.

I think it only supports upto divx5. The software supplied converts it to the right format so I have read (think it was gsm arena)

yeah, shame as i want something that doesn't need conversion and can just come straight out the library as and when the fancy takes me, don't want to convert or maintain different versions.

That's why the HTC Win mobile stuff appeals as there are so many apps/codecs around - maybe back to the touch it is....

you'd be better off asking if anyone hasn't had this problem!

I got rid of mine because of speaker and slow running problems.

The new 8gb ones are supposed to be ok.

I now run the sony p1i which is a much classier looking and solid feeling phone, it also has touch screen.

Got the N95 but have cracked the screen so was looking at getting the new N95 but it has no card slot which is a pain for transferring pictures (especially from an old phone to a new one with only one simcard)

Quite like the Viewty but don't know for sure. If its anything like the missus LG Prada then i won't like it. Don't particually like touch screen either

The new N82 looks quite nice too, with most of the N95 features.

My main needs from a phone is pictures and calls although the GPS is handy

had a go with a viewty in a shop, it when you use the touch screen, it has a little vibrate, it is all most like pressing a button.
