i dont see the point in elmer being a member on here for 5 years then simply turning to being a troll pretty much.

have an 01 bug, love it, its not new, i earn well, choose to spend excess on family, enjoy your car mate, it looks good,filter advice carefully. and do find some country roads, these cars can run out of road quickly in towns.

No idea what elmer's problem is with old cars but its glad to see a large group of subaru enthusiasts post on here and thanks for the comments.
wouldn't mind meeting up with another owner who can tell me if any mods have been done to my car though.

I bought my first MY00 about 5 years ago, loved it. Then decided I didnt drive it that much with work so sold it and bought a MY95 STI RA, mental machine and great fun and neither gave me any trouble. I then went to opposite way in years and bought an MY05 STI and it was a fantastic car but I enjoyed the older cars every bit as much.
I sold that as I always loved the Celica GT4 ST205's so went back in years again, another fantastic car. I sold that and am now waiting on another GT4 ST205 to come from Japan which is a grage 4.5 and only 14k miles.
My point being is that the age of the car is not that important, its the condition and how well they are looked after and the preference of the person. I did'nt sell the newer cars because I couldnt afford them but just because I fancied a change and I don't get to drive my cars that often so purely for fun.

Woohoo got my scooby!!
What have i been missing this car is great fun, wish i'd changed from supra's earlier.
got a standard looking import 96 WRX and not a mark on it, Printout shows 262BHP at the wheels
put it on the ramp today to find its got a whole new propshaft and complete new bottom end nice and shiny.
just love this car

view my scoobs lad 2 22b.s fsti and an evo 10 on the way you must be doing well if you can you can only beat that if you have a one owner 22 with delivery miles on, there isnt a better sub out there
