it might be an RA, but with it having a rear wiper i would doubt it as the RA didnt come with one,i noticed it had a 7K rev linit, i have an RA and i have a 8k rev limit on mine but mine is the STI, maybe somebody who has a WRX one might like to clarify on that one i know it definately isnt a Spec -C or even a Spec-C RA-R for that matter, if he could find his model number we could trace it and see what the car is exactly
