well it just happens my mates car ISN'T a red top, and it HAS the big rear wing.No dccd.And no fog lamp covers.... What does that make it then????a first generation or 2nd generation?
Maybe care to show us a pic or describe what the previous 1994 sti, made before june looks like?My mates one has the plaque which states it was built in june of 1994.

It's sitting here at APi unfinished 'cos we're too busy to put the engine back in and get it all back together.

We took it to bits.
We threw off all the chav crap fitted over the years.
We cleaned everything that could be cleaned.
We repaired everything that needed repair.
We renewed every gasket and oil seal.
We rebuilt the engine, box, diff, front hubs, rear hubs, diff, suspensions, rack.
We got the original option wheels from Speedline.
We took all the doors to bits and rebuilt them.
We did it all.
A small amount of paintwork so far around the door shuts and bonnet / boot shuts.
That's it.
