Karaoke on the restaurant tables....
having seven tequilas lined up on the bar just for me.....
getting a knock on the toilet door when it was time to leave to say the taxi is outside.....
and then being helped out of the taxi at the other end and "pointed" towards my front door..
Remarkably I did wake up in my own bed, however it wasn't all good as I'd thrown up in the night...

I had to be told most of that, as I didn't remember a thing.

Many years ago that was by the way.

That last event almost stopped me from drinking completely when I realised I could have "woken up dead" had I chocked on it.


This year I felt fine all night, could remember everything, walked to the taxi unaided. ordered a burger at the van in a legible language, didn't make an **** of myself at all, even though the accountant is quite good looking and single
Everyone said I was wasted though... The Cheek!!

5 years ago I got 20 of us thrown out of a eatery for singing at the top of my voice then abusing the guy who came to ask me to stop. It would have been ok but we had only had the starter. I haven't been to another one since

Back in the days when I worked for a living my boss (married) was getting friendly with a certain girl (married) in the office. She liked to put on a lot of makeup. Anyway, at the xmas do they are chatting away and she takes him outside where they vanish for 10 mins. Anyway she comes back in looking a bit, pale, - and then 5 mins later he walks back in with a big smile on his face with her makeup all around his crotch

No missed it this year (it was on the 1st of dec ! - person who organised it is a complete idiot - even after it was deciced that partners \ friends could come (which is v. unusual) about 30 people turned up out of a potentional 110 ish !!)
Had a bit of an embarasing moment two years ago at a xmas do - arrived with one of the girls from work who I'm friendly with 90 mins late for a dinner, both of us a bit drunk, trying to look sober- ish walking to a table with a spot light on us in a room with about 500 people in. Sat down ate the food which was rubbish ( as always at xmas do's), decided it was rubbish and then left.
There was some intersting rumours going around after that night !

Got mine tomorrow night, after a day-long team meeting This year's restaurant looks good although they usually are - we went to "Port Des Indes" last year, swigging King Cobra at £16 a bottle, my boss went an intresting shade of crimson when he saw the bill!

Have to add one from last year. We were away again somewhere in Spain. The Friday night I pulled one of the sales girls but as we were sharing hotel rooms we couldn't go back to one so ended up forking out for a room in a different hotel. Taxi back to the hotel in the morning with most of the people from work about to go for a morning stroll..... said we'd been clubbing all night

I then pulled a different lass from sales on Sat night...
