Fair comment, BUT, she could also be an innocent victim. That is my point. Because he is a footballer, people are always prepared to take his side.
If she is doing this for gain, have her shot.

I was trying to make a point of innocent until proven guilty - leave it to the courts.
In no way do I condone rape in anyway shape or form. If (and I say again if) he's guilty, then sting him up by his *****. However, if she's cried wolf - for reasons already said - then do the same to her (well, not by the *****, but you get the message

However I will say one thing and that is; if you're a young gifted footballer, then the chances are that you're gonna find yourself in positions whereby you could easily abuse the 'power' that footballers seem to be given by the general public. Unfortunatley, this also leaves them open to accusations - some false some otherwise. Just don't judge until all the facts are presented.

Strange how it was first reported as a 'sexual assualt', then changed to 'rape' when it wasn't causing enough outrage.

The story is she was there with her boyfriend who she left to go and party witht he footballers. She got pissed and disappeared with the player. She later returned to her boyfriend who kicked off asking where the F she'd been and that is when she said she'd been raped.

I think it very unlikely she was raped, Jonny Evans is a level headed young man on £8k a week, and his pick of attractive women throwing themselves at him. Far more likely that she was up for it (if anything even happened) and then her boyfriend found out.

Who knows what happened if they were both drunk and there are no other witnesses in the room?
If he did it, then he deserves to have everything thrown at him.
If she is making it up, she deserves everything thown at her. I believe there are precedents for her getting sentenced for perverting the course of justice and perjury in cases such as these.

Said "victim" gets tapped up by JE, taken up to room and rattled daft.
When they wake in the morning the "victim" expects a day trip round Harvey Nics but instead gets a few hundred quid thrown at her and gets told to fork off...

She'll be some slag who loved the fact a footballer was talking to her. she'll have got spit roasted and now realises what a **** she's been but cant face telling her boyfriend so is crying rape. My lack of sympathy is down tot he fact it's happened numerous times before and nothing ever comes of it.
