Cant fault mine and had it over a year now. Have the PPP pack on mine.
Just as well really as it probably wouldnt move otherwise with all the ICE in it.
Flew through the MOT no probs and only had to change a wiper blade.

I also started with a standard import WRX classic by which time i had finished with it was running just short of 320bhp. The thing was raw as hell and it got to a stage where i didnt want to use it as an everyday car so decided to buy a Bug.....
I had it up for sale 2 weeks ago but have now decided to keep it. Must admit i do love it and its a different animal to the classic and id only go backwards to classic land for a P1 but whilst the kids are still young that isnt going got happen for a while.

Had my Bug about 18 months now and still think its awesome. Only money ive spent on it is for mods and service expense etc. Never missed a beat.
However the Wrx power lacks abit off pull but with abit of wonger you soon sort that out. (Oh Yes!!!
)
Here's mine

Bought it brand new and had it for 4 1/2 years doing approx 55,000 miles. The only thing that went wrong was a new battery (£60) and a neutral position switch (£60). Very good all round car. Try A-plan or Keith Micheals for insurance
.

Here's mine, had it 2 years and put 30k miles on it, only an 02 sensor has needed replacing in that time along with regular 6k services.

Hated the Bugeye look when it first came out to replace the classic but now I love it

And it doesn`t weigh that much either. good knows whta the roof rack weighs. The 2 v-bars only weigh around 3 - 4KG each and depending on which boats I`ll have on, they from 8.5KG to 32KG if I have both K2`s on the roof but one of them is a fat heffa of a boat and weighs 20KG.

The boards remind me of trying to learn to surf in Australia when I was travelling two years ago - it took me at least 2 hours of trying before I could even stand up on the board, and that was with instruction !
