I would disagree, there was some skill...but considerably less fear...to witness Stef driving was to witness a crash about to happen

I went to the 'Ring with him twice, and attended numerous track days that he was on...along with the stopped sessions to clear up after him...bin bags and gaffer tape for windows was a regular occurance

Was still funny to watch though

Sorry, just catching up with this. The video was never available on line at the time - you had to buy one. From Stef According to the vid, The Cossiekiller had 230bhp and he did the 'Ring in 8 minutes 27secs!! Or it may have been 8.37 (can't remember exactly offhand due to a senior moment ) but, either way, it's impressive :

Isn't that the part of the ring where spectators usually watch from the slope to the left of the track? Might have had a mate watching from there?

It was to let the spectators (all 3 of them ) know he was on his way and was about to try and do a flick into brunchen, hence the furious steering and tyre noise.
