Kind of makes a mockery out of the infraction and general admin of the site if this is indeed the case and he is allowed to keep coming back.

If so many people like Lewis, yet he gets so many infractions, then something is wrong with the system.
Personally I used to dislike PS Lewis's input, but I have grown to like his more moderate style. No longer does he bait complete strangers, and the rest of us should know better :S
(I still don't believe his TV really has a fault though )

It works well if Policed correctly.
It only takes a one or two posters to get someone banned - the rating system was introduced to guage support for a post ..... look at the ratings early on in this thread, it shows what the community as a whole thinks.

that is a fair comment. However it does not always hold true. A post can be voted positive by the community, yet you can still be infracted for it. Just check out my infraction

I've been banned at least 3 times, but I just turn the modem off for 30 minutes to get another IP address and log back in with another "o" in the user name!
People are using te infraction system incorrectly and if you complain you threatened with being banned indefinitely so it is not very conducive to even bother challenge some idiots.
And I fully expect someone will infract this just because . . .. !
