Have you played Postal 2? That is very good in the Duke ilk and much funnier: You can set people on fire and then urinate on them to put it out ...
And amazing weapons (especially in the "A Week in Paradise" pack), like a scythe, nail gun etc..

gotta say i'm a little dissapointed with the game but i'll forgive a lot for "the king". It has some funny bits but its quite clunky and looks pretty dated graphics-wise.
It feels like you walk about pointlessly for a bit then it gets realy busy for 5 mins then walk around for a while again. Only played for it for an hour but i feel like a spent more time driving an rc car than shooting stuff.
Its OK and i'll probably go back to it because it is duke nukem and i played duke 3d over and over as a kid. If it wasn't for the nostalgia i'd probably not bother with it.

A little disappointing really after all this time waiting. Sure the humour is there but that does not make up for the graphics which look like they are 5 years old, and the clunky gameplay.
Maybe the pc version runs a bit smoother but the onsole versions are a real let down,

I played this round my mates house on saturday. He warned me not to expect too much and boy was he right.
Game sequels can still be faithful the original and have updated graphics and gameplay.
Given the choice of Forever and the original, I'd take the original everytime.
It was laggy, the aim function was crap and graphics, oh my fecking god, what were they thinking.
This has the be the biggest gaming let down since the wii!
