264bhp with all them mods...for starters i think you need a remap and take it from there - see how you handle the power?

mate if you got the dosh take your classic to scoobyclinic and have the SC450 package fitted that will inclued new 2.5ltr forged bottom end, 740cc injectors, straight cut PPG box, autronics ECU, FMIC, new exhaust, fuel reg, e-boost 2 controller, all mapped, all fluids etc etc etc the list goes on and when run in it should be running 450BHP/480-490ft lbs of a total beast, costs £12,000 and you can be running 11s 1/4 mile runs, 
this is all very extreme but fun if thats the way you want go, but your insurance company will wont like it 
or you could buy an STI8 bang on a SC46 turbo and map it to about 380-390BHP with a bit of help from a few extra mods
