I have purchased £1000's of pounds worth of stuff from Flat 4 over the last couple of years and have nothing but praise for the guy...
Everything has arrived on time and if he has been out of stock he has let me know so I could if I wished find an alternate source....

Seems the best ioption is to get hold of him in the summer holidays,or after he's done his homework!

know how you feel on that one mate was hoping to have mine done for xmas as i do every, year fitted my front mount in november hoping ide have all my other parts together for just before xmas so that i could get it into scoobyclinic for mapping. but as usual things never go to plan, just waitin for my twin plate being delivered now from nengun.ive been tracking it from japan and its at parcelforce in coventry at mo so hopefully not long now then i can give the clinic all the bits an let them work there magic.its very frustratin thow when you just want to get on with something and you carnt through undelivered parts.

I'd keep repeat B2B clients happy too....

However one off internet orders only seem to get priority if its in stock and he's off to the PO that day

I've had a few things from him in the past, quite low value stuff, indicators, fuel pump, sti lights etc.. and have never had any problems.

Cheers,
Grant

I have been ordering bits from Scott for over 2 years now and not had much in the way of having to wait for parts...

Until now... Was told everything was in Stock, and would be sent Next day... Ingectors took 3 weeks to get here... and i am still waiting for Injector fitting kit, Oil Pump & Water Pump...

I have not had any reply to emails, so i got the return address from deliveries i had from him, and got a landline number for him.

When i phoned it... I was Informed he has left the country?

what's going on...

I doubt its true, as Scott has being going for a while, and i know he has had a lot of bad rep for telling people parts are in when they are not... But to leave the country?

I hope that the person who answered the phone was taint the P***

I've sold computers and networks with both expensive (£250,000) and small (£25) components for 9 years and in all cases you order from distribution for that specfic client .... always. The trick is managing your supply chain (ie if it's crap change it or stop doing it) and managing your customers expectation. If it's going to take a week/month tell them that way they are not going to get p1ssed off.... and reply to phone calls emails letters etc. You do not need a big store room full of stuff in fact most business supplying end users on a mail order basis dont as it significantly increases overheads.

There is no excuse for bad customer service in my opinion just bad excuses.

If thats the Scott who owns or used to own a dark blue/black Evo5, then he doesn't live with his parents anymore

I'm currently waiting on parts from Scott and have been told their due in from the supplier tomorrow. Have used them before many times in the past with a few minor issues but nothing major and all have been resolved. The main prob is that he doesn't carry stock, hence little overheads and the cheaper prices that he offers, kind of get what you pay for i suppose, but never had any probs as to parts not turning up. As said i don't think hes dishonest, more a victim of his own success and often let down by suppliers. Best way to contact him is via e mail, as i always get a response from him.

I got my fmic, headers, strut braces, fuel pump etc etc all off flat4 last year and payed by cheque....sure enough they were with me within two days of my cheque clearing so i recommended the flat4online company to my tuner/mechanic who then placed an order for well over £1000+ for parts (inc injectors for me)....WELL, THATS BEEN SIX WEEKS AGO, THE PARTS HAVE NEVER ARRIVED AND NOW HE WONT REPLY TO E-MAILS TO EITHER MY MECHANIC OR TO ME, AND THE PAYMENT (ALSO A CHEQUE) HAS BEEN TAKEN OUT OF THE ACCOUNT ....TOTAL TIMEWASTING TOSSER AND LIER ..why cant he answer back or at least admit he made a f*** up?? Where do we go from here??

Really dissappointed!!

He did take a while for my bits but came good in the end so im happy, though i will leave a longer time frame next time.
