My body clock is shot to pieces. I've become very used to going to bed at 2AM and waking up at 11AM 10AM 
Last night I went to bed at just gone midnight and lay awake until 3AM panicking that I wouldn't be able to get to sleep 
It's horrible, not only have I got the body clock thing to contend with I'm also trying to get my body out of the habit of stuffing itself with chocolate, cake and booze. It's sooo hard

That is spot on, ate very little at work and came home and it felt like Christmas again, kids were still off (back tomorrow) and there is still some rubbish about, wasnt going to have a drink but the missus bought me some Brandy glasses, it would be rude not to try them out.
Works not so bad, quite enjoyed it after two weeks of the kids, its just having to get up that is the bad part, I too lay awake for hours listening to the wind, even "Having a quick word" with the missus who also couldn't sleep didn't do the trick "

It never crossed my mind that you'd be laying in bed discussing your tax return but I can see it would be a good way to induce sleep
