SELLING OR PASSING ON STICKERS
We've noticed some people who either got caught up in the enthusiasm for the event and ordered too many stickers or who have now found they cannot make it and are selling or passing on their stickers to others. We've no objection to this providing it's not done for profit, but it does give us a problem. We MUST have the registration details and a mobile contact number for EVERY car in attendance. The situation we have at Banbury is we have limited space and a mountain of cars to fit in.
Prodrive Banbury is not big enough to fit all those cars in so we are looking to use the car parks of other businesses in the industrial estate. WE MUST, for Health & Safety reasons be able to contact the driver of EVERY car so they can be moved in the event of an emergency. We know that's unlikely, but it is a condition laid down on us and it's not much to ask so please help us - if we've not got your details, let us have them. We will be contacting those we don't have numbers for and we will be checking cars at the event.
Send registration details & mobile phone number to :-

TWO WORLD RECORDS WILL BE BROKEN
RECORD BREAKERS
We WILL be breaking two world records as part of our tribute to Colin.
An amazing amount of work has gone on behind the scenes to sort this out and to have a Guinness World Records adjudicator on site on the day. They’ve not been able to publicise things until it was all confirmed and sorted out with the Guinness people, but that is now all sorted, and they are absolutely delighted to announce that we will not only break, but SMASH two world records:
1) Most cars of a single marque in convoy – The current record is held by the FIAT 500 Club with 500 Cars in convoy. We will have 1100-plus cars in convoy and will more than double the current record.
2) Most cars forming a Mosaic/Picture - This record was set in July by Volkswagen with 265 taking part. We will obliterate that with over 1000 cars taking part in our tribute.
It’s cost £2000 to have Guinness World Record people on-site on the day to verify our smashing of these records, but it was thought a good investment to provide a permanent record just how highly Colin McRae is regarded. If any business or individual wishes to donate to help them cover that cost then they’d love to hear from you!
11 days, 11 hours to go & counting.

Quote from Mcrae Gathering website.....
Some people have been seen looking for stickers on Forums. We would strongly encourage anyone who has spare stickers not to sell them or pass them on to others. We must have records of EVERY car and driver to satisfy Prodrive and Police conditions and with so much to do and very little time left to do it, we can’t handle swaps or sales going on. Please do NOT sell or pass stickers on to other people.
