Blubs, I may be stuck in a time warp but david Lywellyn "sorry thats as close as i can get" could have been your first world champ given the chance, POND would of kicked MCrae and Burns into touch, and if your talking about the most brave no contest.

I always thought Richard was a bad sport and wasn't particularly fussed when i heard he was leaving SWRT. I'm now finding myself in the difficuilt position of having to barrack for Tommi.
I've always been a hater of Tommi for some reason. Not really sure why, he just ticks me off!
So now Petter is my main man but i still wish Tommi the best for the teams sake.

Burns and McRae are always winding each other up, it is their nature.
In the GB rally McRae's car did have the Welsh and Scottish flags on the windows as well as the Union.
I was pleased Burns won, pleased for Subaru. I would have really liked Mak to win
because then the car would have had '1' on it all season, rather than the Pug. (obviously I started working that out when Burns said he was going).
My major gripe with this thread is not the English/Scotish thing (again), G_d after all these years I wouldn't expect the arguments to go away.
It was with the comment on ginger... it is not nice to have personal attacks launched against someone for their hair colour.

Have whipped their asses on several occasions so means nothing to me.

After years fo school being called 'ginger nut', 'blood nut' and 'duracell' I think I can cope!
Anyway I blame the years of drinking IRN-BRU the girder rust colour is obviously coming out in my hair!
Tommi made me grin during the rally but Petter made me smile - now all Subaru have to do is hold onto him!
