Without a bigger turbo I am afraid you will not satify your goal of 360-380 bhp bracket but your pink injectors will be good to that power level but you may need to consider an SX or Fuel Lab after market FPR.
Your existing figures are quite reasonable for what you have done but there may be a little more to come from a further remap or if you were to run V-Power plus NF which would allow for more ignition advance.

APS CAIK will help too.
No need for a FMIC unless you're going on the track. The TMIC is proven to still be very efficient, to over 400bhp, , without the pitfalls of FMIC. Some even say over 450bhp.

Turbo change. Something like the 18g. The injectors are fine to around 400bhp. Mine are on 94% duty cycle at 392/361.

Made 372/341 on VPower alone, made +20/20 with a 3ml shot of NF. It's mapped in for that permanently.
Hardy, if you want to make those number go higher without changes, just a little extra hastle, you could try using additives. Methanol 10% and/or NF octane booster.
People have gotten 375bhp with similar torque outta their VF35 with additives. OK, with GT Spec Headers.

No, i didn't get it redone when the switch was fixed. I only got it done when swapping the turbo.
You'll see between 310 and 350, with the norm about 330.
It really is a different car when done. EVERYTHING is better about how it drives, even MPG. It's really easy to drive too. The next stage up is a bit of a handful.

right so just the turbo to get me near the 400 mark then, and im pressuming the md321H is a fairly safe bet. is this unit a direct replacement for the vf35. what would i expect to get back from the vf and how much woult the md321h be roughly.?

Aye, if i was buying again, i would probably go for the MD321H. I do love the spooling of the 18g though.
Yeah, straight swap over, it's a bolt-on replacement.
About £1500 for the MD321H and about £750-1000 for the TD05/18g.
I got £300 for my VF35 having only done 18k miles. There's usually quite a good market for a VF35, it's the natural upgrade for quite a few cars.
