Sleep used to be a close friend of mine, but with a 19 month old son it's now a distant relative
To be fair it is okay now most of his teeth are through, but going to work on 2 hours of sleep is no fun I had to practically drink 8 or 9 cups of coffe a day to stay awake.

Generally to bed 1:30/2:00 a.m. and during the weekdays up at 6:40 a.m.
sometimes I'm still awake at 3:30
I should aim to try and get about 6 hours becos I am sure that would be my optimum. At weekends its not so bad becos I just sleep until I wake, which has sometimes been after midday

As for sleep. In bed by 11 on work nights, 10:30 if going to the gym the following morning. Then up at 6 if gym day or 7:30 if not.
Weekends is bed around midnight then up again when I can be arsed to drag my butt outta bed

Through the week (school nights), I can't remember the last time I've fell asleep before 1.00, usually later, up around 8.00.
On a Saturday night/Sunday morning, go to bed when I feel like it and up when I eventually wake up.
I don't think it would matter how much sleep I had, I'd still always feel tired.

Between 6 and 8
Worst is obviously after a session of mixed beverages
- but also worrying/ paranoid about the future/past destroys a nights sleep
its the hours before midnight that count ..!
